TRX Suspension Training

After one workout using the TRX, I knew that this piece of equipment was going to be one of those revolutions in our industry as powerful as the physioball.  Forget about how much bang you get for your buck with this piece of equipment, I am most impressed with the ability we now have to immediately target the weakest links in the anterior and posterior kinetic chain.  Correcting hyperlordosis by strengthening the lower abdominals and stabilizing the trunk through multiplaner movements results in the strongest pillar and deepest core strength you will ever experience.  We have incorporated this modality into each circuit for our NFL Combine Prep program and are already impressed with the results after only two weeks of use."Hard Work!"
