We have come a long way from our 3000 sq ft. facility just down the road. It has been an honor serving this community for over 7 years. Opening this facility is a life long dream come true. We are working hard at keeping lines of communication open with our community and making sure all the right people are in all the right places to be a GREAT organization. Service will remain the cornerstone and keeping the “personal” in personal training is something that we have founded our business on.
